Tip #1 - Know the game you are playing

Never start playing a game until you have learnt how to play it and how it works.

Tip #2 - Don't drink and play

Drinking while playing usually makes you spend more money. It impairs your judgment and can cause you to make bad decisions. In order to win you need to use your head.

Tip #3 - Have a spending limit

Before you start playing any game set aside a certain amount of money you are going to play with. Don't go over your limit because that is how you end up throwing your money away.

Tip #4 - Don't be over confident

With some players winning too big too fast can be the worst thing. When you start winning big play with your head and not your emotions.

Tip #5 - Keep to yourself

When playing don't tell anyone if you are winning or losing, this is for your own safety as you don't want people to know that you are walking around with large amounts of money.
